Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Technical/Mechanical Diploma holders or ITI Diploma holders to join our growing team as Junior Field Technicians for Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators (PVE). This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about hands-on technical work, eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of PVE systems, working alongside experienced professionals. Comprehensive on-field training will be provided to equip you with the specialized skills required for PVE technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in the installation of Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators at various client sites.
• Learn and apply best practices for assembling, testing and commissioning PVE systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting  and minor repairs under supervision.
• Support in diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions for elevator performance.
• Handle and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during on-site operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and service reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional manner.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technical information and procedures related to PVE systems.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• OR ITI Diploma in relevant trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic or equivalent.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of tools and their safe operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams or manuals (will be further developed through training).
• Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to work on-field and travel to various job sites.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills (verbal).
• Prior hands-on experience in a technical role or project work is a plus, but not mandatory.
